James’ introduction into producing came about when out of the blue, Sheikh Maktoum of Dubai approached him in 2005 to produce the opening ceremony of his international A1 Grand Prix in Sydney. James went on to then produce three more A1 Grand Prix opening ceremonies in Australia, with television audiences of over seventy-million. James’ productions all comprised of song and dance, working with Australian singer songwriter Ricki-Lee Coulter and Australian soul singer Jade MacRae as well as country music singer songwriter Felicity Urquhart.
The success of these opening ceremonies established James as a sought after producer, with projects including two book launches for Australia’s best-selling author, the late Bryce Courtenay (Sylvia & The Persimmon Tree), the official national launch of the movie Madagascar (Hoyts), also German Bank Bayern (Sybos event), French cologne Viktor & Rolf Australian launch and major events for advertising giant Saatchi & Saatchi, 30th birthday celebrations for Polytech at the Town Hall Sydney and Channel 9"s Oscar's party celebrations, to name but a few. Since 2014, James has been the producer and artistic director of the Parisian cabaret show for the annual Bastille Food, Wine, Art Revolution Festival ( formerly known as the French World Festival) attracting half a million audience and shown on French television networks. James' skills extend to writing reviews as he did for the Sydney Arts Guide in 2018 |

Cabaret La Belle Rose.Created in 2014 and played annually at the Bastille festival, this production is reminiscent of Parisian cabaret of the 18th Century.
The storyline is about powerful women who shaped Paris with their art, literature, revolution and wars. The production includes narration, poetry, song, dance and magic. La Fortuna Cabaret Dinner and ShowCreated in 2012, La Fortuna has played weekly at the Magicians Cabaret. With over 500 shows, it's one of the longest running cabaret dinner shows in Australia.

Tails of Trickery magic show Through story telling and magic patrons escape their inhibiting bonds of logic and experience the joy of a classic magician's 18th century magic show.
